1. Definitions
In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:
- "1mcuci", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the operator of the website located at 1mcuci.win and all associated services offered through that platform.
- "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who registers an account with 1mcuci or accesses the platform in any capacity.
- "Platform" refers to the 1mcuci website, any mobile-optimised version thereof, and all games, services, features, and functionality available through it.
- "Account" refers to the registered player account associated with a unique email address on the 1mcuci platform.
- "Wallet" refers to the MYR balance held within your 1mcuci account, comprising deposited funds and any bonus credits separately designated as such.
- "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free spins value, or other non-cash incentives credited to your account by 1mcuci under a promotional offer.
- "Real Money Funds" refers to funds deposited by you directly via a supported payment method, net of any applicable withdrawal amounts.
- "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times Bonus Funds must be staked before they become eligible for withdrawal as Real Money Funds.
2. Acceptance of Terms
2.1 By creating an account on 1mcuci, accessing any part of the Platform, or placing any wager or bet, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full, that you understand their contents, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.
2.2 These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 1mcuci. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must not register an account or use the Platform.
2.3 These Terms & Conditions are to be read in conjunction with 1mcuci's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.
2.4 1mcuci reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates.
3. Eligibility
3.1 Age Restriction. Access to and use of the 1mcuci Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during which your account remains active.
3.2 1mcuci conducts mandatory age verification for all accounts prior to authorising real-money gameplay. Failure to satisfy age verification requirements will result in account suspension and may result in forfeiture of any funds held in the account where there is evidence of fraudulent misrepresentation of age.
3.3 You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, partnerships, trusts, and other non-natural persons are not eligible to register accounts or participate in gaming activities on the Platform.
3.4 It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the 1mcuci Platform complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and ordinances in your jurisdiction of residence. 1mcuci makes no representation that the Platform is lawful in all jurisdictions.
3.5 Employees, contractors, agents, and immediate family members of 1mcuci and its affiliated companies are prohibited from participating in real-money gameplay on the Platform.
4. Account Registration & Maintenance
4.1 Each player is permitted to maintain a maximum of one (1) active account on the 1mcuci Platform. Creation of duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.
4.2 You must provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Malaysian phone number, and valid email address. You are obligated to maintain the accuracy of this information and to update it promptly in the event of any change.
4.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party.
4.4 1mcuci reserves the right to request additional identity verification documentation at any time, including copies of government-issued identification such as your MyKad or passport, and utility bills or bank statements confirming your registered address. Failure to provide such documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension.
4.5 Accounts must not be opened, operated, or used on behalf of any third party. Each account must represent only the registered individual.
5. Deposits & Withdrawals
5.1 Deposits
All deposits to your 1mcuci account are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The minimum deposit amount is RM20. 1mcuci supports the following payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, and Hong Leong Connect. 1mcuci does not accept cash deposits or payments through unrecognised or unregistered third-party agents.
5.2 Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically feasible. Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts verified in the name of the registered 1mcuci account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. 1mcuci does not charge withdrawal fees. Processing times are typically within one (1) hour for e-wallet withdrawals and up to two (2) hours for bank transfer withdrawals during normal operating hours.
5.3 Verification Before Withdrawal
All accounts must complete identity verification before any withdrawal can be processed. 1mcuci reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds. Accounts under investigation for fraud, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms will have withdrawal requests suspended pending the outcome of the investigation.
5.4 Currency
All transactions on the 1mcuci Platform are denominated and settled in MYR. 1mcuci is not responsible for foreign exchange fees imposed by your payment provider if your account operates in a different currency.
6. Bonuses & Promotions
6.1 All bonuses and promotional offers made available by 1mcuci are subject to specific terms and conditions stated at the time of the offer. These terms include, without limitation, wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet per round when playing with Bonus Funds, and expiry periods. Players are responsible for reading and understanding bonus-specific terms before accepting any offer.
6.2 Bonus Funds and Real Money Funds are held separately in your 1mcuci Wallet. Real Money Funds will be used before Bonus Funds for all wagers unless specifically stated otherwise.
6.3 Bonus Abuse. Any attempt to exploit, manipulate, or abuse bonus offers — including but not limited to opening duplicate accounts, using multiple payment methods to claim offers multiple times, or placing hedged bets to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk — will be treated as a material breach. 1mcuci reserves the right to void all Bonus Funds and associated winnings and to suspend or permanently close the relevant account(s).
6.4 1mcuci reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice to players who have not yet accepted such offer.
6.5 Welcome bonuses and first-deposit promotions are available to new players only and may only be claimed once per eligible player, household, IP address, or payment method.
7. Game Rules & Fair Play
7.1 All games available on the 1mcuci Platform operate using independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Certified Return to Player (RTP) percentages are published within the game information for each title in the 1mcuci lobby.
7.2 Game outcomes are determined solely by the certified RNG systems of the respective game providers. 1mcuci does not manipulate or alter game outcomes in any manner.
7.3 In the event of a game malfunction, system error, or connectivity failure during gameplay, 1mcuci reserves the right to void affected rounds and return the staked amount to the player's Wallet. The outcome of a malfunctioning round will not be honoured, regardless of the displayed result.
7.4 Use of automated betting software, bots, artificial intelligence tools designed to gain systematic advantage, or any other software that interferes with the normal operation of the Platform is strictly prohibited.
8. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the 1mcuci Platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and potential legal action:
- Creating more than one account, whether in your own name or using another person's identity or details;
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or identity verification;
- Using the Platform for any money laundering activity or in contravention of applicable anti-money laundering legislation;
- Collusion with other players, whether in live dealer games or any other format, to gain an unfair advantage;
- Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities to circumvent game logic or gain unintended advantage;
- Transferring funds between accounts, whether directly or through third-party facilitation;
- Using the Platform while self-excluded under any active self-exclusion arrangement;
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing 1mcuci staff, live dealer personnel, or other players through any communication channel on the Platform.
9. Account Suspension & Closure
9.1 1mcuci reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably believes that a breach of these Terms & Conditions has occurred or is suspected, or where required by applicable law or regulation.
9.2 Upon closure of an account for cause — including fraud, collusion, or material breach — 1mcuci may forfeit all Bonus Funds and associated winnings. Real Money Funds will be returned to the player following completion of any relevant investigation and satisfaction of anti-money laundering obligations, subject to applicable deductions.
9.3 Players may request voluntary closure of their 1mcuci account at any time by contacting customer support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within a reasonable period, and any remaining verified Real Money Funds will be returned to the player's registered payment method.
9.4 Players who have voluntarily self-excluded must not attempt to reopen or access their account during the applicable exclusion period. Any such attempt constitutes a breach of these Terms & Conditions.
10. Intellectual Property
10.1 All content on the 1mcuci Platform — including but not limited to the 1mcuci brand name and logo, website design and layout, game graphics and audio, text content, and software — is the proprietary intellectual property of 1mcuci or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Platform content without prior written consent from 1mcuci.
10.3 Any unauthorised use of 1mcuci's intellectual property may result in legal action and will constitute grounds for immediate account closure.
11. Privacy
11.1 1mcuci collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.
11.2 1mcuci may be required by law, regulation, or court order to disclose player information to relevant authorities. Such disclosure does not constitute a breach of any confidentiality obligation by 1mcuci.
11.3 Please review the 1mcuci Privacy Policy for full details regarding data collection, usage, storage, and your rights as a data subject under applicable Malaysian privacy legislation.
12. Responsible Gaming
12.1 1mcuci is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform provides a range of tools to assist players in managing their gaming behaviour, including deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly), session time reminders, cool-off periods, and voluntary self-exclusion. These tools are accessible through your account settings at any time.
12.2 Self-exclusion requests are irrevocable during the nominated exclusion period. Once a self-exclusion is in effect, 1mcuci will use all reasonable efforts to prevent account access and to remove the player from marketing communications during the exclusion period.
12.3 1mcuci enforces strict 21+ age requirements. Any player found to have misrepresented their age to gain access to the Platform will have their account immediately suspended and any associated funds will be subject to review in accordance with applicable legal obligations.

13. Limitation of Liability
13.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 1mcuci, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
13.2 1mcuci's aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Funds deposited by that player to their 1mcuci account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
13.3 1mcuci does not warrant that the Platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical failures. Scheduled maintenance, unplanned outages, or third-party infrastructure failures may result in temporary unavailability. 1mcuci is not liable for any losses arising directly from such interruptions.
13.4 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other matter that cannot be excluded by law.
14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
14.1 These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which 1mcuci is licensed and operated.
14.2 In the event of a dispute relating to your 1mcuci account or any game outcome, you should first contact 1mcuci customer support via the live chat channel or by email to [email protected]. 1mcuci will endeavour to resolve all disputes within a reasonable timeframe from receipt of a complete written complaint.
14.3 For disputes relating to certified game outcomes, the records maintained by 1mcuci's systems and the game providers' audited logs shall constitute conclusive evidence of the outcome of any game round, in the absence of demonstrated technical error.
15. Amendments to Terms
15.1 1mcuci reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file or through a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the change taking effect.
15.2 The effective date of the current version of these Terms & Conditions is stated at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to ensure continued awareness of the terms governing your use of the Platform.
15.3 Continued use of the 1mcuci Platform following any posted amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to any revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 9.3.
